Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Survey Technician - SIT with 4+ years of experience to work in our Fort Worth, TX location. Senior Survey Technician - SIT Responsibilities:
- Organizing survey research for field to included deeds, plats and easements.
- Reducing field observations
- Preparing data for drafting
- Preparing legal descriptions
- Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports
- Preparing deed sketches
- Preparing COGO calculations
- Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis
Senior Survey Technician - SIT Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Survey Technician
- SIT is required 1+ years
- Previous field experience as a surveyor is a plus
- Experience in producing survey maps and plats
- TxDOT, Electrical or Land Development survey technician experience is a plus
- Experienced/Well versed in Civil 3D, MicroStation experience is a plus, Open Roads Designer familiarity is a plus
- Experience with Trimble Business Center
- Higher level of education is a plus
