Project Communications Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Project Communications Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Cary, NC.

In this role, you will create and maintain project-specific marketing and communications materials in support of a project's overall mission and plan, providing visibility and developing information for the pursuit of new business. You will also coordinate the promotion of the project and team activities by creating original marketing materials and graphical content for internal and external audiences to increase brand positioning and awareness.

Additional Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain project information for communications/marketing usage, including:
  • Support of qualification packages
  • Support of brochures, including project descriptions, experience matrices, service descriptions, etc.
  • Collaborate with project teams to write and edit technical content and ensure current information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop project-related proposals, presentations, or special pursuits, as needed.
• Graphics:
  • Create infographics and creative assets to support technical content.
• Promotional activities implementation:
  • Assist with promoting marketing activities through internal communications via the intranet and other internal communication channels, including newsletters, etc.
  • Assist with award submittal applications, tracking, and promotion.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of collaboration and teamwork.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the life sciences industry or A/E/C firm.
• Active involvement in professional development associations, such as SMPS.
