The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Director to oversee a portion of our Distribution network. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth in your assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, experience in growing channel relationships, familiar working with independent rep groups, experience creating end user demand, moving through sales funnel to close and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and revenue goals.


  • Establish Distributor Account plans that meet or exceed growth targets


  • Create and Execute Account Plans at Key End Users of Assigned Distribution partners


  • Educate Independent Manufacturing Rep Sales Teams and distributor partners on how to sell AccuformNMC products.


  • Conduct joint ride-alongs to end-users with manufacturing sales reps, and distribution account managers on end-user engagements at Target accounts.


  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts, including lead generation and nurturing.


  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective measures.


  • Partner with inside sales on end user call campaigns to grow revenue at target distribution partners


  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.


Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • Ability to travel 40%-60%


  • Proven experience (3+ years) in channel sales


  • Experience in both channel development and selling direct to end users
  • Experience in the Industrial Safety market and with its distributors and buying groups


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire independent manufacturing rep groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and meet or exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging sales environment.


Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
