Are you looking for a meaningful part-time position providing administrative support to a social services / mental health program? Join our team at Professional Services Group! We are a community-based social services organization committed to helping youth and families achieve their greatest potential.

As the Program Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the Families First program with PSG. Families First provides intensive case management services to children and families with severe emotional disabilities. Typical tasks may include tracking client data, submitting monthly billing, processing client referrals, and taking meeting notes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROGRAM ASSISTANT:



  • Maintain a spreadsheet for due dates, caseloads, program changes, incoming referrals, client Medicaid statuses, and state quarterly reporting data.
  • Contact new referrals to gather information for presentation as referral screening meetings.
  • Maintain referral records for both incoming and past referrals.
  • Assist with client survey distribution, collection, and data entry.
  • Prepare materials for client activities, groups, and trainings.
  • Produce written minutes for meetings.
  • Review, monitor, and submit monthly billing units and denied claims.
  • Track staff training files.


LOCATION: Job Center in Kenosha, WI

SCHEDULE: Part-time schedule is 20-25 hours per week within business hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

SALARY: $18.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have, at minimum, a high school diploma / GED / equivalent
  • Previous office experience is preferred.
