The LPN will work collaboratively with a healthcare team to ensure the development and implementation of efficient, effective, and safe wound care plans. Performs thorough assessments of patients' wounds to determine size, depth, stage, and condition and Document findings accurately, noting wound type, infection signs, and healing status. Follows established protocols and physician orders when dressing and cleaning wounds, and documents the progress and adjusts care plans as needed. We are looking for a #LPN or #licensePracticalNurse to be our #woundcare or #woundcareLPN. The #woundcarenurse will help treat a variety of #wounds in a #acute #healthcare setting.
