Key Responsibilities: Electrical & Electronics Systems: Install and maintain the plant's electrical and electronics systems to ensure smooth operations. Precision Machining: Use machine tools to repair and fabricate parts with exacting tolerances. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix machine malfunctions quickly to minimize downtime and keep production on track. Assembly & Alignment: Assemble, align, and repair machines and units for optimal performance. Custom Part Creation: Sketch and create replacement parts when necessary to ensure continuous production. Mechanical & Hydraulic Expertise: Rebuild and adjust mechanical and hydraulic components for seamless operation. Tool Mastery: Operate a wide range of equipment, including lathes, drills, presses, milling machines, and surface grinders. Work Allocation & Planning: Assist in planning maintenance sequences and methods, and allocate work effectively.
