To participate in a remote work arrangement, employees must reside in the United States. No remote work arrangement will be considered for working from outside the United States. Some travel may be required at the end of semesters for Intensive experiences.

Position Overview

As the Program Chair overseeing the program you'll have an impact on building a solid nursing program that successfully prepares our students for robust careers. You will have the opportunity to mentor and inspire faculty and be hands-on with Nursing students. You will have oversight and collaboration for working with the team on clinical experiences, student opportunities, programmatic evaluation and lead programmatic management as well. This may include data collection, analysis and reporting, and continuous improvement in the program.

This role will oversee the MSN-Direct Entry program. Students in this program are on an accelerated path to enter into the field of nursing.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Nursing
  • Wisconsin or Compact RN license
  • 3+ years experience in nursing education leadership

While not required, the following are preferred

  • Online nursing education; experience with accelerated program
  • Experience having oversight as a Program Chair
