Position Summary Reporting to GM Fleet Sales & Operations. The Regional Fleet Director will be responsible for increasing fleet revenue within the assigned geographical territory by driving new and managing existing fleet sale accounts through personal sales activity and the effective management of a remote sales team of Fleet Sales Representatives (FSR's). Responsible for executing business plans that achieve account profitability and sales goals of assigned team. Travel the assigned territory to hire, develop and manage a team of Fleet Sales Representatives. Attend operating events, as well as visiting prospects and customers. The sales team utilizes a consultative style sales approach with focus on acquiring new fleet service clients and growing the overall share of the existing client business. The RFD position is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities with fleet customers in assigned territory, providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company's vision and values and establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
