There has never been a better time to join EQ. Role Summary EQ by Equiniti is seeking a qualified Account Associate to join our Relationship Management teams. We need passionate and engaged individual(s) to join our team and help us continue to drive our success forward. The ideal candidate(s) will take initiative, seek out learning opportunities and is comfortable working in a self-directed manner. As a member of the Relationship Management Team, the Account Associate works side by side with Relationship Managers, Product Management, Sales, Operations and Legal. Business Function This role is the primary interface with customers of EQ Shareowner Services. This position partners with a Relationship Manager to be the face of our organization to our clients. This position is responsible for day-to-day client inquiries and requests, providing reports and lists, Client balancing inquiries, updates in Client Authorized signer, assisting with document collection and answering/placing inbound & outbound phone calls to customers. The Account Associate role is a key function to support EQ's growth objectives and offers the individual a great opportunity for future career growth with EQ. Core Duties/Responsibilities
