Job Summary Our Building Automation Technician - New Construction will be required to perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, replacement, and technical support for Commercial Controls Building Automation Systems. Understand control system design, sequence of operations, and controls schematic drawings. Properly complete all required project and service documentation accurately and on time. Essential Duties
Diagnoses system performance through observation, testing and setup as required by trade/position. Performs planned maintenance and inspections as indicated in the service agreement. Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment.
