We are in search of a Snow Crew Associate to join our Grounds team at our 1,300 acre Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler, this award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets.

About the role

A grand opportunity awaits as a Snow Crew Team member: Snow making, snow sports area maintenance, pre-season & post-season set up

What will you be doing?

  • Assist in pre-season set-up and tear-down
  • Assist in snow sports area maintenance.
  • Snowmaking.
  • Lift operation.
  • Operation of heavy equipment - snowcats, grooming, skid steer,etc
  • Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions.
  • Must be willing to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet.
  • Must follow all safety policies and procedures

What do you bring to the role?

  • Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Previous snow making experience helpful; Mechanical experience.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Enjoy working with general public; Be organized; Take direction well.
  • Have flexible schedule - may be required to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
