Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? The Senior Product Manager Daylight Overdraft Limits is responsible for managing the credit funded service for our US Cash Management Business. The candidate would work in an Agile environment, helping to transform the corporate cash management offering among cross-functional partners ranging from technology, product, operations, credit risk, and other functional/enterprise partners. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work with a myriad of cross-functional teams, excellent listening skills and be goal oriented in a fast-moving environment focused on the client experience. The candidate should be able to look at the experience from an end-end perspective and focus on delivering a Simple, Transparent, Actionable and Real-time solution. The US Cash Management Business is a unique opportunity to build the cash management business of the future from the ground up. This is an exciting time to join a start-up function within RBC, built from scratch and anchored in a technical/digital play vs. a traditional play, enabling RBC to compete with new entrants in this space! The good-faith expected salary range for the above position in the United States is US$150,000 - US$200,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
