We are seeking a Program Director of our Student Assistance Program to join our team at our programs in Philadelphia, Montgomery County and Delaware County, PA.
Earn: $68,500 / year
Position Details:
* Oversees the profit and loss for program(s)
* Runs and works specified reports at designated intervals to ensure that services meet billable requirements.
* Oversees quality and quantity of services provided by program
* Manages daily operation of program(s)
* Ensures contractual requirements and Merakey policies, procedures, and best practices are met
* Implements policies and procedures for the operation of the program and assists with the development thereof.
* Ensures compliance with state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from payors
* Liaisons with other portions of the service system.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* Master's degree in behavioral science discipline or related field from an accredited university,
* knowledge of child/adolescent development and experience working with children and adolescents, and families with mental health, drug and alcohol, and other emotional disabilities.
* 1 year's supervisory experience with 1-3 years' experience working in a mental health, drug and alcohol or educational setting required. Fiscal knowledge and management skills required.
