The Director of Business Operations will oversee and optimize the operations related to workforce training and the claims process within the ACT product line (this will include supporting all states, Case Management program, Assessment program and all new programs that develop). This role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, improving the financial performance of claims processing, and ensuring that the workforce is well-trained to deliver high-quality care. The director will play a key role in supporting the business functions of the product line. Master's degree preferred. * 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, with * At least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing training or claims. * Prior experience in behavioral health, mental health, or healthcare organizations is highly preferred.
