What you will be doing: Before the event, you will set banquet rooms with correct linen, tableware, glassware and flatware. During the event, you will greet guests, serve food and/or beverages, replenishing items and clearing dishes as you go. After the event is complete, you will clean and reset the room as necessary.

What you should bring to the table: A ready smile and great guest service skills. The ability to communicate in English. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette, and knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware. The ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift. The ability to operate beverage equipment, e.g., coffee maker. Previous experience as a banquet server strongly preferred.

When you will be working: Banquet events are frequently on night and weekends, but the hotel hosts groups every day of the week and all hours of the day. Please complete the availability form before you submit your application.

Experience
1 years: Previous experience as a banquet server preferred (preferred)
