Description
The Rental Property Project Supervisor ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of all condos public areas and ensures that Condo Attendants and Housepersons are effectively performing their duties. This role oversees daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning routines for rental properties and ensures timely maintenance by communicating with the Waters Engineer on Duty (EOD) when necessary. While the supervisor's role is primarily one of oversight and delegation, they will perform tasks when needed. Benefits
