What's on the menu?

• Drive the coordination and execution of University Relations recruitment, programming, onboarding, interns and alumni engagement

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand university recruiting needs

• Increase brand awareness and represent Kraft Heinz in recruitment opportunities

• Provide support and serve as a resource to interns and trainees

• Review data points to help the team make data driven decisions on recruiting and strategic partnerships

• Work with external partners on various purchasing activities

• I have experience in HR, Recruiting or related field; preferably university recruiting experience

• I have Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Management Skillsets

• I have a proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• I am able to execute, and deliver on a strategy with precision

• I have strong verbal and written communication skills

• I can think critically and solution quickly, at times in the moment
