The Microsoft Authenticator team is a group of engineers, designers, and product managers who work on developing and improving the Microsoft Authenticator app. The app is a mobile application that provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) and passwordless sign-in for Microsoft accounts and other online services. The team's mission is to make security easy and convenient for users, while protecting their identities and data from cyberattacks. ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, debug, and deliver functionality for Android app using Java, Kotlin, etc. Contribute to processes for the architecture of a product/solution feature and help to create proposals for architecture by testing design hypotheses and helping to refine code plans, with technical leadership from others.Collaborate with cross functional partners like PM, designers, and engineering partners across different teams to deliver holistic experiences, ship them to customers frequently and learn from customer feedback.Create and implement high-quality, maintainable code for products or features, considers diagnosability and reliability, proactively verifies assumptions, conducts retrospective debugging, review code to ensure it meets quality standards, and apply coding patterns and practices in code reviews.Maintain live service operations, identify and mitigate issues, integrating telemetry for system behavior analysis, and contributing to data analysis for refining product features.Other:Embody our culture and values
