OverviewThe Global Partner Solutions (GPS) team is a sales organization accountable for the partner business at Microsoft, and the mission is to lead with AI for building and selling Microsoft Cloud applications, services and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more. As part of GPS, the Device Partner Sales (DPS) plays a critical role in achieving this mission. We have a unique opportunity to empower every person and every business with Copilot + PC's and reinvent their experience with devices and applications. We build, market, and sell intelligent edge and intelligent cloud devices and solutions with partners, including original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), device distribution channels, original design manufacturers, and Silicon providers. We work closely with our partners and internal business groups to build devices that delight our customers, consume our cloud and drive innovation. Providing AI-Powered services and experiences for our customers through our partner ecosystem is a core priority. Opportunities in DPS are expansive because we span the entire product lifecycle -- from incubation, prototyping, and portfolio planning to the design-in, sell-in, and sell-through motions that help our partners engage consumers, students, and businesses worldwide. ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted advisor relationships with partners by understanding their WW and local strategy and business imperatives.Collaborate with the partner sales director on new programs, policies and agreements.Collaborate with the partner marketing lead to execute on marketing investment and go-to-market plans.Collaborate with key stakeholders in Marketing, Policy, Finance, Category and regions to align priorities and build solid growth plans.Develop a deep understanding of the partner business by market and collaborate with regional leads to build strategic plans to deliver on partner revenue, share and attach goals.Manage end-to-end relationships with partners, leveraging account management processes and marketing investments for local execution.Translate partner account plan to regional sales and marketing managers and field teams to drive awareness and engagement with the partner device portfolio. Support the partner in selling AI and Copilot+ PC devices and services to further Microsoft's mission.Understand and follow established compete strategies, communicate the value of Microsoft products and services over competitors and contribute to the development of partner compete strategies.Innovate the ecosystem with partners, championing Microsoft as a valued business partner, and activating new channel capabilities.Other Embody ourcultureandvalues
