OverviewMicrosoft's Cloud business is expanding, and the Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth including AI! CSCP's vision is to empower customers to achieve more by delivering Cloud Capacity Differentiated at Scale. The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform for external customers. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 200 datacenters supporting services for more than 1 billion customers in over 90 countries worldwide. The Cloud Supply Chain team delivers predictable, flexible supply chain to manage scale at the lowest cost by driving efficiency through automation, long term sourcing and supply strategies. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Business Administrator to support two General Managers and our Sourcing, Spares, Security and Sustainability team (CS4). The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has skilled attention to detail and embraces challenges with high energy and a positive "can-do" attitude. ResponsibilitiesManagement of two General Managers calendars with attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to the leader's priorities and commitmentsPlanning and coordination of domestic and international travel itinerariesTimely and accurate reconciliation of expensesCoordination and logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events including our employee company meetings, morale events, team training and leadership offsitesManagement over team headcount process, discretionary budget tracking, organization employee data maintenance and distribution and security group ownershipTeam support including space management, office moves, new hire set up and onboarding and procurement of equipment and suppliesExperience working with a global team and cultural awarenessProven professional approach to dealing with highly sensitive and confidential informationEnsure compliance with administrative operations policies and proceduresOther administrative tasks as requiredOtherEmbody our culture and values
