OverviewGlobal Partner Solutions (GPS) is seeking an experienced Executive Business Administrator to support C-Level Executive. This candidate will be self-motivated, have proficient communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and professionally at all levels. The candidate will need to work effectively within short time constraints, prioritize tasks and take appropriate action. This position is for an individual who is comfortable working without significant oversight or instruction and achieves results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. This role requires complex scheduling skills, operational excellence, an effective use of data and business systems, as well as the continual exposure to internal and external executive leadership. To be successful, the candidate will have the ability to navigate ambiguity, anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks, make timely decisions across the organization, and adapt to constantly changing environments, while identifying areas to help support the business. ResponsibilitiesComplex schedule management, travel, and strategic time prioritization. Demonstrate sound judgement and ability to prioritize the calendar, balancing internal, external, and executive engagement. Executive presence and effective communicator to professionally engage with Microsoft's leadership team and external executive leadership. End-to-end complex domestic and international travel planning, including proactive adjustments to drive efficiencies. Work closely on aligning the Rhythm of Business processes and operations with the director's calendar to ensure tight coordination of commitments. Assist in the planning and execution of team meetings and events. Flexibility to accommodate urgent schedule changes or requests. Collaboration and partnership skills with key internal stakeholders including, but not limited to: HR, Finance, CELA, and the leadership team staff members.
