The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.

Position Summary:
Training focused role to prepare employees for an Account Manager position. This could include making daily sales calls, merchandising, and maintain positive relationships with area accounts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Sales Associate takes inventory and input customer orders using handheld devices as well as maintains proper inventories and product freshness in all assigned accounts

  • This role will conduct relief sales for the sales department

  • You will support retail merchandising routes to rotate and stock products

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience

  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
