The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Master's degree with valid BCBA certification * Two (2) years' experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnosis. * A minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior modifications * Competency in writing supports plans and effective verbal communication skills * Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
