Calibration Lab Assembly Worker

What You Will Do:

• Support and engage inourvision of improving lives

Position Details:

• Load and unload transducers on to the manifold for calibration
• Evacuate and attach bellows, using calibrated torque wrenches
• Operate pressure cycler using touch screen controls, load and unload pressure sensors for testing
• Operate factory acceptance test using provided software, load and unload
• Review calibration, pressure cycler, and FAT test data using Microsoft excel
• Monitor calibration systems, maintain, troubleshoot and make sure systems run
• Performs pressure checks on tool integrated gauges, using provided manual pressure system
• Update Navision (Database) for processed units
• Run and troubleshoot preship and circuit tests
• Exercise bellows and diaphragms
• Perform weekly lab maintenance
• Be involved with Lean Manufacturing, Lean House, Kaizen, 5S, etc.
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Strong skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role

Physical Demands:

• Normal working conditions absent extreme factors
• Must be able to see well enough to read reports, send emails, etc.
• Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with customers and fellow employees
• Must be able to lift up to 45lbs periodically
• Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing setting
• Skills using Microsoft Navision Dynamics
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers , customers and vendors both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Strong desire to learn and be a problem solver
• Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Must be a self-motivated fast learner that has a strong desire to be a problem solver
