Position Type: Seasonal - Full Time and Part Time

Wage Range: $13 + Tips

Supervised By: Taps Manager/Taps Lead Bartender

POSITION SUMMARY: Positive, outgoing, and energetic individuals who is willing to learn, multitask, practice, and exemplify the Schweitzer culture of hospitality and teamwork while working in a fun, fast paced adult venue.

Applicants must be 21 years or older.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Extensive guest service and hospitality. Must be knowledgeable on all forms of Identification accepted in Idaho State and Idaho state liquor laws. Professional and friendly behaviors are a must. Ability to greet guests in a friendly, sincere, and welcoming manner while maintaining service and speed. Must be comfortable with conflict management and promoting a safe environment. May be required to work behind bar. May be required to handle cash. Fast and efficient cleaning of tables, floors, bathrooms, and sections as needed for fast guest turnover and retention. Must be available most weekends through the entire winter season.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Combined standing/walking position for up to 10 hours per shift. Will get breaks as available. Required to lift over 25 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs occasionally. Will bend, squat, kneel, climb, twist, and reach above shoulder level on a frequent basis; will use hands for grasping and fine manipulation. Worksite is 90% inside. All sensory skills needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

SKILLS: Multitasking. Identification checking.

EDUCATION: basic math, reading, writing, communication, Required to attend TIPS Training.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 12 months job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence

LICENSE NEEDED: None

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years or older

MACHINES/TOOLS OPERATED: Dumbwaiter, wine key

JUDGMENT/MENTAL COMPLEXITY: High: Must be able to monitor surroundings while multitasking

REVIEW SCHEDULE: This position and the person filling it will be evaluated once per season.
