Job Description
Rate of Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year Assistant Manager, Banquets

What you will be doing:
- Lead, mentor and train the Banquetsteam
- Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained
- Strategize on new products and service offerings
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
- Preparedaily assignment sheets for all banquet colleagues and conductpre-function meeting
- Confers with the host of the function on any last minute arrangements, coordinates with kitchen in providing for extra or decreased number of covers when necessary, and accommodates guest needs efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
Your skills include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet/event operations
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
