This critical role will have operational and programmatic oversight of TransUnion's Global Ethics Helpline (GEH) and Conflict of Interest (COI) programs.
This role serves as TransUnion's primary point of contact and subject matter expert regarding all aspects of the GEH and COI programs and communicates with appropriate business unit leaders and management to ensure the program is managing key risks.

  • Demonstrated experience building, implementing, and/or managing a global whistleblower hotline and a global conflict of interest program.

  • Strong knowledge of pertinent SEC and DOJ regulations and enforcement policies.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and a demonstrated record of cross-functional collaboration; understands and effectively balances internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs.

  • Strategic mindset; articulates credible visions of new possibilities that will create sustainable value for the GEH and COI programs.

  • Maneuvers comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics; is sensitive to how people and organizations function and plans approach accordingly

  • Demonstrated ability to persuade and to inspire trust and confidence through effective communication and people skills; uses compelling arguments and positions them appropriately to gain the support and commitment of others.

  • Relates comfortably and collaborates effectively with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography; acts with diplomacy and tact to build constructive relationships.

Impact You'll Make:

    Global Ethics Helpline (GEH) Program

    • Lead and oversee the strategic direction and tactical maintenance of TransUnion's Global Ethics Helpline, including ownership of the organization's Whistleblower Policy.

    • Manage all aspects of program development, ensuring adherence to relevant domestic and international laws and regulations.

    • Lead the creation, development, and documentation of the GEH program's processes and procedures, including production and presentation of key metrics and KPIs/KRIs.

    • Manage the triage and assignment of incidents reported to the TransUnion whistleblower telephone hotline and website.

    • Create and periodically update a training and outreach program to inform and educate Transunion employees on the whistleblower hotline.

    • Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships across the enterprise to solicit feedback and identify opportunities for program enhancements.

    • Ensure website and phone line are functioning properly and in adherence with all relevant domestic and international laws and regulations.

    Conflict of Interest (COI) Program

    • Lead and oversee the establishment of an overarching governance structure to review, evaluate, approve, escalate, document, and report COIs.

    • Define the escalation and approval processes and authorities to oversee and enforce COI Policy

    • Define set of criteria to support approval/decisioning and create standardized COI disclosure form.

    • Create centralized repository of COI conflicts received, communication with Covered Persons, and decision outcomes.

    • Continuously review and enhance COI Policy and ensure awareness of policy and program updates for TU's new and existing workforce.

    This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
