Bring products to life as a R&D Scientist II on the Bars Commercialization Team! This position will lead large scale innovation projects across the Bars Business Unit. This person will focus on optimizing new bars, developing consumer empathy, and commercializing the resulting brand expansions for F26 and beyond. This role involves influencing the business through technical feasibility and project execution, bringing new ideas to life through prototyping, and developing a strong technical understanding of new bars technologies to bring these products to market. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $68700.00 - $103200.00 / Annually.
