Infor Global Professional Services organization is recruiting for an Inside Sales Client Partner that focuses on prospecting and selling Infor Professional Services. The main purpose of this role is to build an ongoing profitable business relationship between Infor and clients within an assigned territory. Inside Client Partners are responsible for achieving bookings/revenue goals on a continuous basis by managing, building, and developing a pipeline of sales opportunities.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • The Client Partner is responsible for growing customer share and pipeline within assigned customer accounts.
  • Selling Infor's services by partnering with customers and demonstrating value and delivering business outcomes. Manage, develop, and own customer satisfaction for existing clients.
  • Managing the sales cycle and being responsible for accurate and timely revenue bookings forecasting.
  • Responsible for devising and executing against territory sales strategy and plan, to include demand generation programs and activities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and clients to assist in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving any challenges or concerns

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise software professional services or IT services with an understanding of ERP environments
  • Experience selling and/or delivering services while developing senior-level business relationships
  • Experience in solution sales environment, managing accounts
  • Experience managing account relationships and securing new business
  • Experience selling the value of a solution sale in technical terms to support customer experience platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience achieving or exceeding quotas consistently
  • Experience selling sell value through a Consultative Selling approach
  • Technology sales and/or business development, demonstrated leadership skills, participation in service organizations
  • SaaS or Cloud services sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
