RN I Preceptor - Practice - Outpatient Pediatrics

Education: Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program required. BSN preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in related field required.

Licensure/Certifications/Registration: Current RN license in the state of Virginia required. AHA BLS-HCP required. May be required to obtain/maintain BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP based on specific work unit.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Meets standards on Performance Appraisal including competency validation as appropriate. Demonstrates effective communication and strong organizational skills. Desires to work with new employees. Supports Carilion Clinic's mission, vision, and values.
