Chief Nursing Officer Assistant (ADON)

Status: Full-time Salaried Exempt

Supervisor: CNO

Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital is sourcing an experienced Chief Nursing Officer Assistant with a passion for nurse leadership for an 80-bed facility that serves the adolescent, adult, and detox/rehab population located in Orem, Utah. To learn more visit https://aspengrovehospital.com/

You will be a key member of the Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with our mission, vision, and values. You will participate in the hospital's strategic planning and contribute to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. You will effectively focus on five key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance

Your Qualifications will include:

  • Valid license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Utah.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited nursing program required; MSN or related advanced nursing degree strongly preferred.
  • 1 year or more years of management experience in behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment
