• Facilitate Distributor life-cycle management including selection, enrollment, contract, authorization, change, renewal and closure
• Optimize and communicate on relevant policies, workflows and system operation
• Coordinate ad-hoc Distributor management projects as assigned by line manager

• Minimum 3 years of sales operation background, familiar with Distributor management
• Process management experience and analytical thinking as a must
• Proactive, dynamic, responsible, detail-focused & result-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office, especially with Word & Excel
• Fluid communication in both English and Mandarin
• Documentation writing capability would be a plus
