We are looking a Ferrero Farming Value Field Expertto join our team in Giresun, reporting to the Ferrero Farming Value District Manager.

Our FFV for Hazelnuts program is dedicated to increasing the availability of high-quality, sustainable hazelnuts by promoting sustainable agricultural and social practices, and enhancing traceability.

Visit farmers and gardens to:

* Offer guidance and advice to hazelnut producers on good agricultural practices according to the agricultural calendar

* Monitor agricultural practices and ensure relevant data is recorded in the system through regular visits

* Build positive relationships and foster constructive cooperation with field stakeholders

* Educate farmers about emerging agricultural technologies

* Implement processes to ensure hazelnuts are traceable post-harvest

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Agricultural Engineering

* Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar role

* Knowledge of hazelnut farming and fieldwork experience

* Proficiency in data-driven analysis

* Strong communication skills

* Eagerness to learn and grow

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish

* Proficient in MS Office programs

* No travel restrictions and an active driver
