Working Title: 4-H Program Associate, Anoka Classification: Extension Program Associate 2 (Job Code 8316A2), Civil Service Appointment: Part-time, 50% FTE (20 hours/week) Position Length: Temporary, November 2024 through December 31, 2025 Hourly rate: $23.50-$25/hour estimated starting pay rate Location: Anoka County Extension Office (Andover) Apply By: October 20, 2024 ABOUT THIS POSITION This 4-H Program Associate position will lead, manage, and steward portions of the Anoka County 4-H program under the guidance of the 4-H Extension Educator and Program Leader. This position will primarily focus on outreach programming and work with community partners. In addition, this position will provide leadership to environmental natural resources and science of agriculture education. They will organize activities and deliver programs during out-of-school time. This position is supervised by the central region youth development program leader. Job Duties include but are not limited to and change as determined by the supervisor. Program Coordination - 60%
4-H Program Operations - 25%
Volunteer Coordination - 15%
