Field Service Manager

Regional Service Manager who will lead and manage a team of field service engineers as well as perform routine travel within the region to work with and evaulate the engineers. Builds relationships with customers and sales. Will routinely interface with senior management and peers to manage workload. 50% Travel is required

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Responsible for the timely and effective delivery of customer site service in the given region for life science and clinical diagnostic products.
  • Ensures compliance with company and regulatory policy.
  • Accountable for revenue and expenses against budget.
  • Acts as a customer advocate in resolving field support related issues.
  • Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained and works closely with sales reps and managers.
  • Work closely with peers and sharing resources when needed to ensure that company goals are met.
  • Responsible for field resource utilization.
  • Works with partners in Technical Support and Support Operations to plan and implement product training.
  • Evaluates performance, writes reviews, provides feedback to direct reports on an on-going basis.
  • Active in recruiting and retaining talent


What You Bring:



  • Education: Associates/Bachelors Degree in technical discipline or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 10 years management or technical leadership experience in the Diagnostics or Scientific Products business. Must have a proven track record in providing a high level of on-site customer service.
  • Skills: Strong management leadership skills. Good customer relation and communication skills, both written and oral. Advanced computer skills. Ability to evaluate, coach/mentor, and recruit talent.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $110,300 to $151,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
