Project Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator will work closely with Program Managers and onsite lead to manage various aspects of contract performance, including project tracking, contract compliance, and employee management. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of federal government contracting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Project Administrator: $ Pay commensurate with experience. Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Project Administrator Responsibilities Include: * Maintain and update all project trackers, documentation, and databases for the project. * Participate in briefings and technical meetings with internal and external representatives and customers. * Review, understand, and ensure compliance with contract terms, deliverables, and deadlines. * Assist the Program Manager and/or onsite lead in managing, coordinating, and reporting all hiring and onboarding activities to ensure timely and complete staffing of task orders. * Assist the team leads with contact with internal and external stakeholders concerning deliverables, reporting, safety protocols, and security requirements to track schedules, progress, and financials.
