Preparation of Daily Reports

• Bill of Ladings for shipments being made
• Daily Issue Sheet
• Product Orders
• Product Run Sheet
• Goods Received vs. Shipped
• Inventory reporting- Take measurements-Period End Reporting for Accounting
• Accounting Reporting

Daily Inventory Reconciliation

• Maintain Accurate Inventory Daily
• Transferring Inventory Between Departments

General Office Duties

• Filing, answering phones, data entry

Additional Functions

• Assist Office Personnel about shipping and receiving questions and concerns
• Operate Forklift
• Other duties as requested by manager.

• Good verbal and written communication Skills
• High School diploma, some college accounting courses helpful.
• Computer Literacy (Strong Excel and database)
• SAP and Mii experience preferred
• Forklift Certified
