The Opportunity:

The Opportunity.

As the Associate Account Manager, you will independently contribute to new business development by directly selling to new and existing LG customers. In doing so, you will provide pricing, reporting and marketing to improve our market share penetration within the Healthcare industry. Your assigned accounts will include an End-user and Reseller accounts in your Territory. The role of the Medical Associate Account Manager will require frequent travel to attend industry events and customer/partner meetings to strengthen the relationship with LG, increase lines of communication and ultimately generate more sales revenue with Hospitality Accounts for ID B2B products.

In this capacity you will:



  • Schedule visits to owned account list and close sales.
  • Individually contribute by Generating lead lists and directly selling to them. Lead lists may include show/event leads, website driven leads, marketing leads and smaller accounts that will be assigned to them by the BDM team and/or Department Leader.
  • Cold Call, as needed, to qualify leads for the Healthcare industry.
  • Work with AR and AP departments to set up new accounts and send/receive payments and invoices.
  • Sales KPIs will be determined in 2 ways. Individual contribution target and 2. team target.
  • Travel to larger sales opportunities to meet in person with the decision makers to set up product demonstrations, make needs assessments, make sales presentations, close sales and ultimately oversee project roll-out and integrations.
  • Schedule and take customers on BIC and lab tours.
  • Work at National and Regional Account trade shows and conferences. Manage lead lists pre and post-show and track engagement.
  • Manage and track product samples for customers, demos and events. Work with product team to ensure demos are a success.
  • Work to improve operations, order status communication and create helpful sales reports
  • Work with marketing and events contacts to manage the logistics of events and execute on marketing fund and sponsorship assets with certain hotel accounts.
  • Assist in updating project pipelines and production forecasts via Salesforce CRM
  • Maintain customer price sheets and timely quarterly communications with various accounts.
  • Maintain shared folder of relevant Accounts documents such as presentations, marketing materials, price sheets, reporting, etc.
  • Add owned opportunities in Salesforce to pursue independently


To be Successful you will need:




  • Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA is desired
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (or equivalent experience) with a proven track record of results is required
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare Display industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong relationship builder and ability to help drive a new product introduction
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Travel 50-60%
