Position Summary The Teller is responsible for making referrals of all bank products and services and for efficiently processing daily transactions for customers while providing excellent customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Hours vary 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays 8:30am - 12:00pm. Working 25-29 hours per week. Perform basic teller transactions. Make referrals to Bankers. Balance cash drawer on a daily basis. Scan work for image branch capture. Other duties as assigned by Branch Management. Education & Experience Knowledge of: Strong sales and customer service skills Strong oral and written communication skills Basic math and accounting functions Ability to: Accurately count money Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures Stand for extended periods of time Lift 50 pounds Education and Training: Eventual procurement of High School diploma.
