What you'll do:

The Vice President is responsible for the following but not limited to:

    Driving innovation and overseeing program execution and delivery excellence across the OU portfolios in support of achieving customer mission success.
  • Oversight of Program Execution through direct engagement with Program Managers, mentoring Program Managers in operational excellence, overall OU P&L financial oversight and reporting, Customer Engagement.
  • Develop and mature key relationships within the customer's organizations.
  • Leverage both Operating Unit and Corporate capabilities to assure operational excellence and drive growth through building a robust and sustainable pipeline.
  • The selected candidate will drive growth efforts to the business supported by the Business Unit leader and the broader business development team including account management and business and proposal operations responsibilities.
  • Define and execute the strategy for growth and program delivery excellence for the Operating Unit in alignment with BU strategic objectives.
  • Manage the Operating Unit (OU) budget and develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial performance.
  • Develop and manage standards and methods related to a performance measurement framework which focuses upon key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Collaborate with other leaders across the BU, the Sector and the enterprise to maintain consistent messaging with customers and drive overall enterprise success.
  • Encourage and help drive innovation, diversity initiatives, and inclusion across portfolio.
  • Travel and telecommuting opportunities, as dictated by business need.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of related professional experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Program Management to include financial oversight and reporting, resolving challenges, delivery optimization and innovation.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within the State Department client space
  • Very strong business & technical acumen in programs delivering managed IT Infrastructure services, agile development approaches.
  • Exception P&L management and program turnaround skill sets with ability to analyze complex operational environments.
  • A demonstrated successful track record of supporting growing high performing contracts.
  • Established commitment to innovation, diversity, and inclusion.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a portfolio / program(s) of $250M+ revenue annually.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communications skills. - Experience leading Captures/Proposals and/or large enterprise program management
  • A PMP Certification

Target Salary Range

$190,000 - $304,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
