GENERAL SUMMARY: The AVP, Marketing will be a key leader responsible for driving the creation and execution of innovative, digital-first marketing strategies to elevate our brand, products, and services. In this role, the AVP will play a pivotal role in setting the direction for our marketing efforts, with a focus on driving member growth, engagement, and retention through omni-channel campaigns, data-driven insights, and cutting edge technologies. The AVP will be entrusted with leading and inspiring a team of marketing professionals, guiding them in the implementation of strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for actively collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior, the AVP will leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance the overall member experience, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Seven (7) years of experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social, content, email, and digital
- To include 4 years of effective management/supervisory experience

WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT: This job requires the employee to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Infrequent lifting up to 25 lbs. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must comply with all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Ability to travel to corporate office. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS:
- Develop and implement comprehensive data-driven marketing strategies to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility, with a focus on driving member growth and engagement.
- Oversee and provide direction for the marketing efforts of Vantage West's sub-brand, a digital financial institution, contributing to its growth and success.
- Own, lead, and drive the direction for the external marketing agency, including managing relationships, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the external marketing agency to develop marketing assets, including creative content, messaging, and branding materials, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
- Drive the utilization of marketing automation tools and AI-driven insights to optimize campaign targeting, personalization, and member experience across multiple channels.
- Direct media buys and advertising placements, working closely with the external marketing agency to optimize reach, frequency, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, tailored to the specific needs and goals of each business unit.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing programs for various business units across the organization, including Market Development, Member Experience, Business Banking, Lending & Deposits, and Investments.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results and performance metrics, leveraging insights to optimize marketing strategies, refine targeting, and improve campaign outcomes. Prepare recurring reports to share with leadership and internal clients.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, target audience preferences, and business objectives.
- Drive the social media strategy, including content creation and engagement tactics to enhance brand awareness, foster member relationships, and drive member acquisition and retention.
- Lead the digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, email marketing, online, & display advertising to effectively reach and engage target audiences and drive desired actions.
- Works in concert with Compliance to ensure adherence to marketing collateral review process and government regulations such as CAN-SPAM, Mortgage Acts and Practices, archived web retention requirements and other such regulations pertaining to marketing.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to internal marketing teams and external partners, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in marketing execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing efforts, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Salary range is $104,328.00 to $146,059.20. Final salary is dependent on a candidate's experience and qualifications. Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans Disabled
