As the Business to Business (B2B) Representative, you will be responsible for the generation, development, execution, and follow-up of B2B sales leads for the Division making sales, obtaining orders, or contracts for services while supporting and championing the Russell Stover Chocolates brands and image to external customers. You will partner with E-commerce and Marketing colleagues to generate profitable sales and increase awareness of the Russell Stover Chocolates brand. You will also design, develop, and execute effective sales plans to reach corporate, divisional, and financial goals focusing on maintaining existing customers and growing incremental sales among existing and potential customers. Do you have what it takes? (Basic Qualifications) * 4-year College Degree
* Two years' experience in outside/inside/telemarketing Sales with proven results and track record
* Sales acumen and experience
* Proven ability to work well under pressure.
* Ability to work well with a variety of people across all levels of the organization.
* Have unquestionable integrity
* Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
* Good prospecting, presentation, and selling skills
* Strong work ethic, including a 'can do' attitude
* Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize multiple competing tasks
* Excellent customer relations skills
* Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
