Manager, Field Operations ICON is seeking a Manager, Field Operations to lead and streamline the day-to-day management of our print operations team. You will directly lead ICON's world-famous Print Captains and will oversee the deployment and operational efficiency of ICON's 3D printing technology, working across multiple project sites in the United States and abroad. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to maintain 24/7 operations, while ensuring project delivery is on time and within scope. You will directly manage Senior Print Captains and work closely with Training and Workforce Managers, reporting to the Senior Director of Print Operations. As the Manager, you will drive operational improvements, resource management, and performance standards, while mentoring your team to meet and exceed performance targets. This role will report to the Senior Director, Print Operations and ESS out of our Austin, Texas office. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Leadership & Project Management
