About the Team The Safety Manager is a critical element of the Risk Management Team. This individual will have responsibilities for safety procedures and processes pertaining to Store's, Corporate Office, Supply Chain functions. The goal is to work with locations and management to enhance safety compliance through a positive approach. Overview of the Safety Manager Role The individual selected will have the opportunity to positively impact safety and injury trends in Williams-Sonoma, Inc. They will work with a myriad of individuals to elevate Safety and Risk Management functions in a collaborative manner with the goal to make the safety program an integral element of the overall operations of Supply Chain, Store, and Corporate Offices. The expected starting pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
