If you are highly organized and detail-oriented with prior experience in a sales environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our Enterprise Mobility Sales team is looking for a new Enterprise Mobility Sales Specialist with advanced administrative skills to undertake the following:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Acts as key administrative support for Enterprise Mobility Sales team.
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer questions and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales, customer records, and customer pricing templates.
  • Run Rate quoting and first line communication for several key accounts.
  • Compiling monthly sales reports.
  • Partner closely with A/R team on past due correspondence.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
  • High detail-orientation with strong multi-tasking, problem solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to handle highest level of confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft software, including but not limited to, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Desire to be an active member of a high performing team; flexible and adaptable style with a positive outlook required.
  • Experience with industry software such as Salesforce or similar.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
