DCCA is the prime contractor for this Government program that delivers important technical solutions and products using emerging technologies for processing significantly large amounts of data. Program technical areas include commercial cloud technologies, high performance computing, and enterprise architecture. The program is tactically important to the National Security of the United States and the work on these missions are frequently recognized for their results. Our teams are always looking for the best talent who want to contribute to support our customer's unique and mission-critical work. This is a growing, high-profile program. TS/SCI with poly required.

The successful candidate will be a member of a team of System Engineers supporting a major Agency program to design, develop, and integrate a High Performance Computing System. As a member of this team the candidate will work closely with USG subject matter experts (in areas such as Hardware Design, Software Development, System Sustainment, Security, and DevOps) and external OEM vendors to establish and implement SE processes for the creation, management, and validation of project requirements. Typical duties will include:




  • Responsibility for technical requirements verification
  • Identification of gaps in interfaces between systems and component, and establishing plans to address such issues
  • Oversight for the development and completion of Contract artifacts (system documentation, software code, etc)
  • Coordination with the Program Management Office (PMO) and other Program leads on schedule and requirements oversight
  • Providing technical interface support to internal USG customers and external OEM vendors in coordination with the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
  • Coordination of technical troubleshooting efforts with the various program technical teams

Requirements: Twenty (20) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
