SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a Retail Quality Specialist to positively impact RbA Retailers and Retail Quality Coordinator output through continuous training efforts and real-time resolution. Serve as project leader on initiatives and drive best practice sharing. Cultivate an environment of signature service, professionalism, knowledge, and a sense of urgency that demonstrates a commitment to excellence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Uses expertise to create a team knowledge database and develop standard operating procedures for internal Retail Quality Coordinators. Facilitates discussions to define processes and best practices. Serves as a real-time resource to ensure reorder and service processes are designed for success.
* Supports retail by developing training on reorders and retail onboarding materials utilizing expertise in systems including CPQ, Baan, IQ+ and rForce
* Lead projects for Retail Quality ensuring reorder requirements are captured correctly and processes are tested. Partner with IT to offer solutions while removing roadblocks and driving an improved delivery of results.
* Guide Retail Quality Coordinators on escalated homeowner reorder situations utilizing a process mindset.
* Analyze and create reports related to reorders, quality and processing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated performance, skills and expertise in customer service, quality control or similar
* Technical skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SalesForce and Data Analytics
* Strong communication skills required (verbal and written) that allow for the translating of customer requirements to internal partners and persuading account stakeholders.
* Time management skills and an ability to prioritize projects/work are essential.
* Knowledge of Products/Services - understanding the technical aspects of our products and services including features, benefits and uses or applications.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
