The role of Manager - Data Center Critical Infrastructure is responsible for supporting all aspects of the CPS Energy Facilities Critical Infrastructure with a focus on providing resiliency, redundancy and high availability of critical systems supporting core operations. This position will work collaboratively within internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to ensure critical infrastructure operations are aligned with defined requirements. This position will also organize and maintain the critical infrastructure operations team and its responsibilities. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Journeyman Electrician or above.
Extensive Data Center Infrastructure Management experience.
Strong knowledge of facility critical infrastructure systems, to include but not limited to generator, UPS, switchgear, HVAC, and fire protection.
Ability to understand building electrical schematics.
Ability to work with people from various disciplines with varying degrees of technical skills in a professional manner.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while adapting to quickly changing demands.
Pass a security background check as prescribed by NERC.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be customer service oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Qualifications

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Employee may potentially be exposed to hazardous chem, wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather, noisy and dusty environment. Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
