Sanitation Operator-First Shift

The Sanitation Operator is job classification Corn Mill Sweeper and is assigned to 1st shift and paid $24.33 per hour. Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire.

Core Functions:

Sweeps and cleans floors, walls, ceilings, roofs and equipment.

Sprays floors, walls, ceilings, roofs and equipment.

Cleans product bins.

Removes refuse.

Assists Millers when needed in case of choke-ups or other trouble.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers, customer, and leadership is required.

Ability to read, write and perform basic math for business-critical record keeping and compliance is required.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, although preferred is not required.

Required to be work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed including weekend days

Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues.

Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules. Reports any conditions that may put product quality at risk.

Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures.

Reports any conditions that pose a safety risk to personnel and/or property.
