Description

Location: Columbus State Community College Delaware Campus. 5100 Cornerstone Dr, Delaware Ohio 43015

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am-2:30pm

FLSA: Nonexempt

The general custodian will be responsible for completing the following job duties:

Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office spaces.
Cleaning, dusting and wiping furniture.
Emptying/cleaning wastebaskets and trash containers; emptying and cleaning ash trays and cigarette urns.
Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and sanitizing bathrooms.
Refilling restroom dispensers.
Emptying tenants' trash and garbage containers. Handling recycling materials.
Operating power vacuums.
Following all manufacturers' recommendations for use of all cleaning solutions.
Completing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be able to pass background checks as required by site.
Previous custodial experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation
